Our Production Process

We focus on offering the best products to our customers with our environmentally friendly production approach. We follow these steps in our production process:

Design and Development

We design innovative and functional products by analyzing customer demands and industry needs.

We carefully select the raw materials used in production and use materials that comply with high quality standards.

Production Process

The raw materials(granules) of the end products produced are obtained through mechanical recycling. These stages are separation, washing, drying, grinding and granulation, respectively. In this way, the chemical structure of the plastic does not change and allows the plastic to be recycled again.

Packaging / Distribution

We take care to deliver our products to our customers by packaging them in environmentally friendly packaging. With the pre-delivery inspection, we confirm once again that the product is of the desired quality and then we deliver it.

Production Capacity and Statistics

We contribute to the protection of natural resources by recycling 30 tons of plastic annually. The amount of energy we save during the production process was measured at 4 thousand MWH per year. We ensure 97% customer satisfaction with our quality control processes.
